All sales by Topfab are covered by the following Terms and Conditions

1. All prices quoted are exclusive of GST
2. All prices quoted are ex-store and exclusive of freight
3. All accounts must be paid by the 20th of the month following purchase.
4. All goods remain the property of and entitlement to the proceeds of sale, are Topfab Ltd until paid for; even if the goods have been produced into other items.
5. All costs incurred in the recovery of any outstanding debt will be paid in full to Topfab Ltd by the debtor.

Returning of Goods
1. A 10% restocking fee will apply to goods incorrectly ordered and returned.
2. Topfab has the right to refuse returning goods after a 60 day period from date of purchase.

Check Fabric on arrival
1. All fabric should be checked for style, colour and quality before cutting as NO refunds will be made; for fabric that has been cut.
